Inline Tracks - A straight line drive unit is designed to produce linear vibratory motion. It is used to power tracks that convey parts horizontally from the feeder discharge to a dead nest or mechanism. - This track uses gravity to convey parts from the feeder to a dead nest or mechanism. The track should be an a 30 degree down angle and can but can be turned to horizontal for interface with the normal dead nest or mechanism. Walking Beams and Mechanical Inlines Walking Beams and Mechanical Inline Tracks use positive mechanical motion to move parts from the feeder discharge to the dead nest or mechanism. This motion can be through the use of a cam or set of pneumatic cylinders.
