Interactive Consulting Services. Feasibility and concept discussions where your thoughts and ideas are truly taken seriously.....
We no longer operate in the 60’s or 70’s where the theory of vibratory parts feeding was a black art. We understand that you know what you need to accomplish better than we ever could. We are the Feeder Experts, but you know the inter-workings and idiosyncrasies of your facility. You also have a general idea of how to accomplish it. This is why we want you to play a part in the development of your system. We encourage you to talk with our Project and development engineers from the beginning of your projects. We know that not every project will be built for various reasons. But that’s just the way the game is played. The earlier you involve your part supply system vendor the better your system will be.
Why will you get a better system?: We have had the opportunity to eliminate or prove out elements of the system that you are unfamiliar with or have had bad experiences with. We have had enough time to eliminate problems on the front end. We have had the benefit of incorporating your ideas. We have had the opportunity to gather all the available information and make changes accordingly. We might be able to influence changes in your parts or tooling to reduce costs. Ample time becomes available for research and development in extreme applications. Our approach Step One Initial Contact: This can be done with a simple Phone Call, Fax or E-mail containing basic information about your needs. Step Two Preliminary Interactive contact: We will discuss in as much detail as is practical your application. We will need to know what you really need (not a wish list). Wish lists can normally be accommodated but drives the cost up. We'll need to know: Feed rate, orientation, run time without operator intervention, any part isolation or other part manipulation required & part samples or prints as soon as they become available. From this information, we can normally determine the best supply system, determine a concept to fit your application and issue a quotation. Step Three You evaluate our concept against your application and poke holes in it. We'll plug them to insure your confidence and satisfaction. Step Four We requote to revised specifications. Step Five Your approval and Build Order |
