No Non-Sense Steps to Solving Your Problem
One of our experts will gather information and help you trouble shoot your problem over the Phone. In many cases, we can walk you through correcting minor feed system problems at no charge. By doing this we can save you time and money.
At any time, we can send one of our Highly Skilled Craftsman to your facility to resolve most Problems. We require our techs to remain at your facility until you have released him to return to our plant. Our Response time can be as little as 24 hours. For most regions of the country, our charges are $575.00 per 8-hour day (time starts when our technician leaves our plant and ends when he leaves your shop floor.) plus transportation, (mileage is calculated at $0.36per mile) lodging and meals.
In some cases, problems simply cannot be solved on your plant floor. Examples of this would be the system being completely warn-out or a welder not being available for our technician. It just is not practical to transport a welder half way across the country.
If this is the case, you can ship your system to our plant for repair, retooling or we could provide a replacement. Before any work is performed in our plant, you would be provided with a quotation or not to exceed number and a PO would have to be issued. WARNING: Never be fooled into believing that you have to replace the entire system (unless the parts, feed rate, orientation or other significant factor changes). Most components can be reused. Drive Units, Plates, Tables and Similar Components do not wear out. |
